ROBERT SEGAL
Robert Segal is our CEO and one of the company's founders. Robert handles the firm's business development and ongoing management as well as pursuing innovative new products and services and forging strategic partnerships in Israel and overseas.
Robert is a member of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce International Committee, representing its members in Standard Committees at the Standards Institution of Israel.
Robert is a key lecturer on food regulatory affairs for academic institutions, industry and various business forums. Robert also provides organizations with strategic consulting services regarding food safety and regulatory affairs.
Robert has over two decades of experience in the fields of food quality and safety. He initially served in the I.D.F. Logistics Corps Food Division, after which he headed the Food and Agriculture Dept. at IQC (Institute of Quality Control). Since the establishment of our company, Robert has assisted in creating Food Safety Management Systems, and throughout the years has closely accompanied organizations experiencing food safety crisis situations. Robert is among the founders of the field of Food Regulatory Management in Israel, and played an active consulting role, on befalf of the Manufacturers Association of Israel, in formulating the Public Health Protection Law (Food).
SHARON REUVENI
Sharon is our COO and one of the founders of Sher Consulting and Training. Sharon also provides consultation on establishing integrated management systems (quality, food safety, environmental care, occupational health and safety and good laboratory practices). In addition, she performs audits for multinational customers in Israel and overseas.
Sharon possesses unique knowledge of food and environmental regulatory affairs, enabling her to provide consulting services for regulatory mapping, compliance assessment and practical implementation solutions.
Upon completing her studies at the Technion, Sharon joined the IDF’s Logistics Corps Food Division, where she had an active role in inspection and control of the military’s food suppliers. She subsequently joined the Standards Institution of Israel’s Quality and Certification Division as a lead auditor in the fields of food, chemicals and agriculture. She was responsible for certifying organizations according to various international management standards including ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and ISO 14001. Four years later she was appointed as the Head of the Food and Agriculture Sector where she was instrumental in introducing international food safety certification schemes to Israel, such as HACCP, BRC, BRC-IoP and more.
Sharon concurrently completed her Masters degree in Environmental Engineering and Management, enabling her to participate in establishing the Standards Institution’s ISO 14001 certification activities and to actively perform dozens of ISO 14001 audits.

Dr. David Rosenblatt
Dr. David Rosenblatt
Dr. David Rosenblatt is a Board Member and our company’s Director of Learning. He is involved in training trainers, learning development, consulting organizations on learning processes, delivery of a wide range of courses and workshops in various fields (quality management, training skills, occupational health and safety, environmental care, food safety and microbiology, leadership and more).
Dr. Rosenblatt utilizes cutting edge training tools, including webinars and courseware.
David is a prominent lecturer at the Hebrew University’s School of Veterinary Medicine and at various local and international conferences. He is a member of the International Association of Food Protection and the Association of Talent Development. Dr. Rosenblatt chairs the standard committee on food safety at the Standards Institution of Israel and serves in the IDF reserves as a Military Health Officer and food safety specialist. David is also a Ministry of Tourism certified tour guide.
SHARON YARON
Sharon manages Sher Consulting and Training’s Product Quality and Safety Division. This division employs approximately 10 project managers.
Sharon has unique knowledge and experience in accompanying organizations’ product quality and safety management systems, consulting on establishing product quality and safety management systems, including ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC and FSMA. She also provides consulting services for establishing and maintaining laboratory quality management systems according to ISO 17025, infrastructure and hygiene reviews, internal audits and functional planning of factories.
Sharon has extensive experience in crisis consulting for a variety of companies. She was instrumental in leading and accompanying the development of new fields of activity for Sher Consulting and Training.
Sharon has over 10 years of experience in the food industry in positions which included laboratory management, quality management and establishing product quality and safety management systems according to international standards. She has an additional 10 years of experience in consulting organizations in the food and food related sectors.
NA`AMA DANAI
Since 2019, Naama has been applying her extensive experience, which she has accumulated during her many years in the food industry, to manage our Regulatory Affairs Division, which employs approximately 12 professional consultants.
Naama has multidisciplinary and in-depth knowledge of the food industry, including food innovation and regulatory affairs. She has eleven years of experience in large, complex, organizations.
Before joining our company, Naama was Quality, Food Safety and Environmental Manager at the Strauss Group’s confectionary factory. Strauss Group is one of the three largest food companies in Israel.
NOA ZONENSEIN
Hila manages our company’s Environmental Care and Occupational Health and Safety Division, in which approximately nine consultants are employed.
Hila also provides ongoing support for sustaining companies’ environmental care management systems, for establishing environmental care and occupational health and safety management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, consultation services on issues of industrial waste water and hazardous materials, performance of compliance audits and environmental impact surveys, environmental training, characterization of engineering and operational solutions for ensuring compliance, consulting an managerial routines, dealing with regulatory agencies and stakeholders and more.
MASHA FRIDMAN
Masha is in charge of developing our company’s strategical plan and expanding into new fields of interest. She is also responsible for our marketing and customer retention plan.
Masha accomplishes her duties by integrating her deep familiarity with our company’s core activities with her experience in business arenas.
Masha continuously accompanies our firm’s new and existing activities.
Masha previously served as Deputy Chairperson of the Technion's Student Union, as R&D Incentives Consultant at EY (Ernst & Young) and was the PA for a Gilad Government Relations & Lobbying executive.
KEREN EVEN TSUR
Keren manages our food regulatory affairs department and provides professional support to our project managers. She has extensive experience in local and international regulatory affairs, including vast experience with various companies for which she provides regulatory reviews, product labelling, food regulation, expert opinions, food and new food registration and more.
Keren has extensive experience in regulatory consulting and project management for leading food companies.
MIA DOTOV
Maya provides consulting services for customers in the food industry with regard to Israeli regulatory requirements, product labelling and more. In addition, Maya specializes in food import regulations, including food supplements, and has experience communicating with the ministry of health. Part of her duties include literature reviews and regulatory reviews from a variety of sources.
Maya was employed as a product development engineer in different food companies. In addition, Maya was part of a technology implementation team in a startup company, which developed baking ovens based on radio wave technology.
NETTA KUPERMAN
Netta provides consultancy and guidance for customers in the field of local and international food regulatory affairs. She has extensive experience working with a variety of companies providing regulatory reviews, labelling, food regulation, expert opinion support, food and new food registration, and especially export activities. Netta provides professional support to our food export project managers. She also works in collaboration with dozens of consulting partners around the World enabling us to provide solutions for our customers seeking to export food to different destinations.
Netta has extensive consulting experience with companies seeking advice on food and supplement regulation in Israel, the US, the EU, Canada and Australia.
SHAHAR GLIKMAN
Shachar manages our company’s Product Safety Dept. She also provides consulting services for establishing, implementing and sustaining product quality and safety management systems including ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and BRC.
Shachar also consults organization’s during the process of obtaining their GMP license and laboratories seeking ISO 17025 qualification. In addition, she provides internal audits in accordance with product safety and quality and good laboratory practice standards. Shachar has experience in accompanying organizations during crisis situations.
Shachar has extensive experience in consulting for food quality and safety in food (confectionary, salads, baked goods, coffee, wineries, ice cream, gluten free products), nutritional supplements, food-tech start-ups, food service, laboratories (medical, chemical, microbiological, environmental and others), packaging, electronics, construction and more.
REUT SHARON
Reut manages our Supervision and Control Dept. She has extensive experience in standardization and meeting the requirements of health authorities in the food service sector. This includes ongoing supervision and institution of correct work processes and training for employees at all levels.
Reut is experienced in managing and sustaining food quality and safety management systems, including ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC and FSSC 22000.
Reut began her professional career as a food technologist at Carlsberg. She was subsequently employed as food engineer in an extracts plant, in charge of new product development and quality control.
NOA ZONENSEIN
Noa handles consulting accounts in the governmental and private sectors, specializing in laboratory management. She has unique experience and know-how in good laboratory practices (GLP) according to ISO 17025, validation of test methods and uncertainty assessments.
In addition, Noa provides consulting for companies seeking to establish and sustain food quality and safety management systems according to international standards, including ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000. Noa is also a highly skilled and experienced qualified auditor.
Noa has been a quality and product safety consultant with our company since 2004. She has extensive experience as a crisis management consultant. Before joining us, she worked in the quality control department at Hazera Genetics.
MICHAL BRIMER
Michal is a food quality and safety management consultant with special expertise in sanitation and hygiene processes. She has extensive experience and know-how in food quality and safety management for factories experiencing crisis situations, especially contamination issues requiring specific sanitary guidance.
Michal has been with us since 2015. Prior to joining our company she worked in the baked goods and chilled foods industries for nine years.
ADI KRAIO
Adi manages our company’s occupational health and safety department. He accompanies organizations seeking guidance in safety and environmental care regulatory compliance, establishment and implementing safety and environmental care management systems (ISO 14401, ISO 45001), performance of risk assessments including JSA, consultation on waste water (including waste surveys and obtaining brine disposal permits), hazardous materials, air quality (including process and effluent surveys and effluent permits) and PRTR.
Before joining our company, Adi worked as an environmental care consultant in various fields for a wide range of companies. He has extensive experience in environmental regulatory affairs, environmental management systems according to ISO 14001, industrial waste water, hazardous materials and air quality, as well as occupational health and safety issues such as regulatory compliance, risk assessment and OH&S management systems.
